Evil Empire Clan Rules

Section 1: INTRODUCTION

The purpose of Evil Empire is to bring together like minded gamers who enjoy teamwork and friendship. There's a lot of things that make a good clan, the biggest of these things being teamwork. We work as a team, no member of our clan is shunned away and every member has a place.
We are looking for like minded individual’s to bring into the clan. Experience is not usually a factor, but due to past problems we do require that you have been in your current gym for at least 6 months.

Section 2: MEMBERSHIP

A potential member will need to post his or her interest in the "Apply to the Empire" section with some basic information so that current members are able to make an informed decision and vote on your gym.

1) Gym Name

2) Previouse Gyms Managed

3) Previouse Clans Involved in.

Note; It is helpful to leave a valid email and check back in periodically so you know the status of your membership request.

Once this has been done current members will usually introduce themselves then vote on whether the applicant will be allowed membership to the Evil Empire . The applicant must get a 78% vote to be accepted, and the vote lasts for a period of three days once posted in our private forums. (this should take no longer than 2 days after your request for membership. You will be notified once the vote has been posted then 3 days for members to vote for a total of 5 to 7 days on average to find out your status)

Section 3: MEMBER STATUS

Active Members - An active member is defined as a member who maintains communication with the clan and fulfills their obligations. Evil Empire members are expected to visit the private forums and interact with other Clan members.

Inactive Members- A member becomes inactive if they fail to maintain communication with the Clan. Empire members that become inactive will have their membership temporarily revoked to keep confusion on the boards down but may re-apply at a later date. (Members who notify the clan that they will become inactive for a bit will remain on the members list).

1) When Full Access Is Granted
FULL ACCESS (one rule - two options):
1 month and ranking of Featherweight (60 posts) or 2 months in the EE.
(members can be given limited access before this period to help them out)

2) Voting Privelages
No voting unless 3 months in Clan AND middleweight status (100 post) is reached.

3) How Votes Count
Leaders = 2
Generals ** or > = 1.5
Specialty Ranks = 1.5
Newer or less active members = 1

Specialty Ranks will be the world title holders and Guys that have pretty much been Grandfathered in for being around so long ie; Skie Albino Kanto Sho Etc.

Specialty Titles;

- Ancient Evil - for guys whove been around for ever and a day

- Evil WT Winner - for guys who have won world titles

Ancient Evil - World Title Winner - For guys who fit into both catagories.

After 3 yrs you qualify for the Ancient Evil Tag.
